Follow the process of our foam fenders as they work their way round our factory floor from start to finish. All the foam milling is done in-house, and the fenders are designed and crafted to absolute precision by our very talented team. Henshaw can provide the stainless steel plugs that sit beautifully within the design and make it easy for any yacht to get everything under one roof.
We are able to offer a variety of different finishes and custom options. Laser cut yacht logos can be incorporated into any design if desired. We are also able to offer Teak and Flexi-Teak design options, so please speak to a member of the Sales Team should you wish to see some examples of the designs that can be achieved.
All our products come with a one year build warranty to give you absolute piece of mind and the Hypalon fabric is covered under a separate 5 year warranty.
Marek our Foam Manager has worked with this product for many years and crafts everyone of his projects to perfection, which means our customers come back to us time and time again.
Alex our design engineer covers the majority of the the foam projects that come into Henshaw and his professionalism, eye for detail and enthusiasm for this product gives us some unique and amazing results. He also runs the milling machine and cares for your product from start to finish. Should you not have yacht drawings at your disposal, Alex or a member of the Design Team can come to your location and gather all information required to get a perfect result.
We have room in our production plan from April onwards so can still achieve a set of fenders for you before the busiest months commence.
